Information you provide
If you create an account, our authentication provider supplies your name and email address. Saved destinations, trip routes, budgets, and checklist choices are stored so you can resume planning.
Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page use and interactions. Analytics storage is denied until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can clear your browser storage to reset your choice.
Affiliate links
We count outbound affiliate clicks using the partner, page, placement, and a random browser-session identifier. We do not store your IP address in our affiliate click table. Booking partners process purchases under their own privacy policies.
Itinerary email
When you request an itinerary email, your saved trip summary and account email are sent to our transactional email provider solely to deliver that message.
Retention and your choices
You can delete saved trips and destinations from your account. To request account deletion, access, or correction, email hello@roamstates.com.
